Với tính năng kỹ thuật hơn hẳn so với các sản phẩm cùng loại đang có mặt trên thị trường, công suất lớn nhưng mức tiêu hao nhiên liệu thấp, trong khi giá thành lại rẻ hơn nhiều, dòng sản phẩm động cơ Diesel RV145-2 do Công ty TNHH Một thành viên động cơ và Máy nông nghiệp miền Nam (Vikyno & Vinappro) vừa nghiên cứu, chế tạo thành công được các nhà khoa học đánh giá sẽ hữu ích cho hoạt động sản xuất nông nghiệp.

Trên cơ sở điều tra, khảo sát thị trường, chủ yếu ở khu vực Đông Nam Bộ, miền Trung, Tây Nguyên và các tỉnh miền Tây Nam Bộ, động cơ diesel có công suất từ 10-24 mã lực (ML) hiện đang có nhu cầu rất lớn. Cụ thể, nhu cầu thị trường đến năm 2010 hiện cần khoảng 100.000 chiếc động cơ các loại dưới 30ML. Và với dải công suất từ 13-16 ML chiếm khoảng 22% (hơn 20.000 chiếc). Trong khi đó các sản phẩm cùng loại của Nhật Bản đang bán trên thị trường có giá thành cao. Còn các sản phẩm của Trung Quốc giá thành có thấp hơn dòng sản phẩm của Nhật nhưng chất lượng lại kém hơn nhiều. Ở Việt Nam, công ty Vinappro hiện có động cơ DF160 (công suất 16 ML) nhưng giá thành rất cao, suất tiêu hao nhiên liệu lớn nên không cạnh tranh được với thị trường. Vì thế, công ty Vikyno đã tiến hành nghiên cứu, chế tạo động cơ diesel RV145-2 có công suất 14.5ML nhằm phục vụ ngày càng tốt hơn nhu cầu của bà con nông dân và cạnh tranh trên thị trường.

Mục tiêu công ty đặt ra đối với động cơ này là sản phẩm RV145-2 hoàn chỉnh với các thông số kỹ thuật cơ bản: động cơ 4 kỳ, 1 xylanh, kiểu nằm ngang; công suất định mức là 12.5ML/vòng/phút; công suất lớn nhất là 14.5ML/vòng/phút; suất tiêu hao nhiên liệu từ 175-185g/ML/giờ. Sau 1 hơn 1 năm tiến hành nghiên cứu, đội ngũ cán bộ, kỹ sư, công nhân viên của công ty Vikyno & Vinappro (SVEAM) đã cho ra đời động cơ diesel đảm bảo được các tính năng đặt ra. Đó là công suất máy mạnh và ổn định, mức tiêu hao nhiên liệu thấp, gọn nhẹ, dễ sử dụng, chạy êm và bền bỉ, kiểu dáng hiện đại. Điểm nổi bật của loại động cơ này là sản xuất hầu như hoàn toàn bằng nguyên liệu trong nước với tỷ lệ nội địa hoá là hơn 96%. Mặc dù tỷ lệ nội địa hoá cao, song động cơ RV145-2 được nghiên cứu, thiết kế và chế tạo trên nền tảng các mẫu động cơ hiện có tại công ty và theo tiêu chuẩn công nghệ Nhật Bản. Vì vậy, vật liệu chế tạo các chi tiết quan trọng được theo đúng vật liệu các chi tiết quan trọng của động cơ Nhật và có phần thay đổi phù hợp với vật liệu và công nghệ hiện có trong nước nhằm đảm bảo các tính năng kỹ thuật và tuổi thọ làm việc của từng chi tiết quan trọng cũng như của cả động cơ. Chính nên tính năng và chất lượng, công suất của động cơ này không thua kém gì dòng sản phẩm cùng loại của công ty Kubota của Nhật, có thể chạy 1000 giờ không nghỉ. Hơn nữa, tỷ lệ nội địa hoá cao nên giá thành của sản phẩm này chỉ bằng khoảng 40% – 50% so với sản phẩm cùng loại của Nhật. Về điều này, ông Lê Việt Hùng, giám đốc Trung tâm R&D, công ty SVEAM cho biết: “Hiện dòng sản phầm cùng loại của Trung Quốc đang chiếm lĩnh thị trường bởi giá thành rẻ, nhưng chất lượng lại không cao, còn các sản phẩm của Nhật có chất lượng rất tốt song giá lại quá đắt, một động cơ có giá khoảng 20 triệu đồng, không phù hợp với túi tiền của đông đảo người dân lao động. Vì thế chế tạo ra động cơ này, vừa có chất lượng tốt, có thể chạy 24/24 giờ mà không có gì bất trắc xảy ra, giá thành lại rẻ (chỉ có 9,7 triệu đồng), chỉ đắt hơn so với dòng sản phẩm của Trung Quốc chỉ khoảng từ 1-1,5 triệu đồng nhưng chất lượng lại hơn hẳn, chắc chắn sẽ chiếm lĩnh được thị trường”.

Được biết, trong quá trình thực hiện đề tài, công ty đã sản xuất, chế tạo thành công 1200 chiếc động cơ diesel RV145-2 và đã giới thiệu trên thị trường. Dự kiến trong năm 2009 sẽ sản xuất khoảng 2200-2500 chiếc. Ông Lê Việt Hùng còn cho biết thêm, sản phẩm RV145-2 đã vượt qua kiểm định về kỹ thuật của Thái Lan để xuất khẩu lô hàng đầu tiên sang Thái Lan

Đánh giá về kết quả nghiên cứu, Tiến sĩ Nguyễn Như Nam – Trưởng phòng giám định công ty giám định hàng hóa xuất nhập khẩu Bộ Công thương khẳng định: “sản phẩm có giá trị ứng dụng cao trong nông nghiệp, chế biến nông sản, thực phẩm, ngư nghiệp và có thể phát triển ở thị trường trong nước và xuất khẩu”.
